Counsel, Advertising and Data Transactions

VIZIO’s legal team is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney with experience in commercial transactions related to digital advertising, data and/or media transactions to join our growing Legal Platform+ team. As Counsel, you will report to VIZIO's Senior Director, Platform+ and will be working closely with other attorneys supporting VIZIO's Platform+ business. What You Will Do • Work closely with sales and business development teams to negotiate commercial transactions which may include; data licensing agreements, professional service agreements, reseller agreements, advertising agreements, rate cards, insertion orders and non-disclosure agreements. • 5-7+ years of transactional experience as an attorney either in-house, at a law firm, or a combination of both.
