Counsel, Advertising and Data Transactions

VIZIO's legal team is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney with experience in commercial transactions related to digital advertising, data and/or media transactions to join our growing Legal Platform+ team. As Counsel, you will report to VIZIO's Senior Director, Platform+ and will be working closely with other attorneys supporting VIZIO's Platform+ business. • Like all attorneys at all levels at VIZIO, you must be willing to pitch in wherever necessary to assist the legal team in meeting the company's goals. • 5-7+ years of transactional experience as an attorney either in-house, at a law firm, or a combination of both.
