Counsel, Advertising & Marketing Technology

The Counsel, Advertising & Marketing Technology will join the team of attorneys, paralegals and staff responsible for supporting the company’s Retail Media Network, the Albertsons Media Collective. • Provide product counseling related to any new AdTech products and services to be launched by the business • Balance speed with risk to enable safe, fast, testing / piloting that informs long term roadmaps. • Experience counseling business clients on a wide variety of legal risk issues • Excellent analytical, strategic, legal research, writing, negotiation and advocacy skills • Prior in-house legal experience is strongly preferred.
