We’re hiring a creative. Grit is looking to hire a full-time creative person. You probably noticed we are being very broad in the title “creative” This is because at Grit, we all do all sorts of things and we think the best sort of creative people also do all sorts of things. Grit is highly collaborative and while we need people who are great at what they do, we also want them to be able to productively and enthusiastically contribute to the creative process as a whole. Because we are small and super passionate about doing good work, we sometimes fight to the death over ideas and get hung up for days over what the perfect tagline is or how this one joke might not work on paper but will crush it if we just get the client to let us try it.
