Creative Ad Strategist

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Ad Strategist to join an ambitious, fast-moving growth agency with SoCal roots and a newly-established office in Austin, TX. This is not a pure strategist role. This is a hybrid role for someone who can crack the concept, and in some cases, build it - translating performance insights into high-converting ad creative without hand-holding.
