We're seeking a seasoned creative expert to spearhead our advertising efforts. As an Ad Creative Manager, you'll oversee the development of high-performing ad creatives for performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of video editors to deliver top-notch ad creatives • Develop strategic concepts and angles for video ads tailored to DTC physical products • Direct UGC content creation, scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace • Create and edit video ad content as needed • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills • Proven experience leading a creative team • Strong video editing skills • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with tools like CapCut and ClickUp • Experience working with Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness categories • Ability to work in overlap with Canadian time zones In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic team.
