Creative Agency Account Manager

This individual is a marketing professional with the ability to nurture current client relationships and look for growth opportunities. This individual will work closely with the Client Services Director, Creative Director and other agency staff to ensure all expectations are being met, all while positioning themselves as a strategic partner for their clients. • Work closely with the Account Coordinator to ensure timelines, budgets and 3rd party deliverable are on track. • Check the status of each client job(s) in the creative department and verifies the jobs will be complete on time and update the progress of clients’ projects through Function Point. Works closely with: • Existing and new clients to build relationships and service accounts • Director of Client Services to ensure account management goals are being met • Creative Director on implementing and supporting individual client brands • Design staff and freelancers on deadlines, content/asset gathering and concerns/questions • Third-party vendors on behalf of client projects Skills • Leadership and management skills • Strong written and verbal skills • Detail- oriented: able to keep track of the nuances of many projects and clients, shifting priorities, etc.
