The Rancon Company is a team of real people dedicated to making brands come to life. However technical, weird, or beautiful it may be. The Creative Producer is responsible for developing new leads across a variety of industries. This will require developing relationships with current clients, participation in industry events, and cold emailing/calling to source and qualify new leads to generate new and continuing business. Position will be hired at a hourly rate + commission DOE.
