Our client, a nationally recognized leader in post-secondary education and a top provider of professional healthcare talent, is seeking a Creative Project Manager with a focus on content workflow and AI integration. This role has the potential to convert to a permanent opportunity with our client and requires 4 days onsite in downtown Chicago. As this department scales up its creative capabilities, the Creative and Marketing Project Manager will take the lead in managing content and copy workflow across digital advertising and web content projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize end-to-end content and copy workflows across creative teams • Oversee project timelines, resourcing, and execution for high-volume digital content projects (1,400+ annually) • Serve as a subject matter expert for integrating AI platforms into content creation processes • Act as an industry-aware advisor to keep the content department current with AI advancements and best practices • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and technology teams to ensure content delivery aligns with business goals All employees are directed to familiarize themselves with this policy and to act in accordance with it.
