Creative & Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all key marketing growth channels, including brand creative, social media, lifecycle/email marketing, affiliate partnerships, campaigns, and in-store events. Marketing Strategy & Planning • Partner with the SVP of E-commerce & Marketing to develop and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing calendar. • Collaborate closely with email marketing agencies to develop growth strategies and optimize campaign and automated flow performance. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is an Office position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 9-5 pm. Improper interference with the ability of Cos Bar’s employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge.
