Responsibilities • In this position, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts that drive earned attention (e.g. media coverage, social conversation) as well as uncovering strategic, culture-forward insights that fuel your creative thinking. • The primary focus will be on working with clients, account, new business and strategy teams to develop channel-agnostic campaign ideas – big and small – that will deliver earned results, spark social chatter, and inspire consumers to engage. • Develop and present foundational insights, umbrella concepts, and tactical programming to account teams and clients. Qualifications • 3+ years developing insight-driven ideas and executional outputs within an earned media and/or integrated marketing environment • 3+ years of public relations, social media, or advertising experience, ideally at a communication/marketing agency • Curiosity and love for uncovering unexpected insights or points of creative inspiration and turning them into big, attention-commanding ideas or activations • A strong grasp of the current social and cultural landscape, including trends, and social platforms • Excellent writing and proofreading skills • Ability to tell and sell a good story • Experience in the consumer sector
