Description Creative Coordinator - Brand Advertising and Production Location: Dallas, TX 75219 (100% Onsite) Duration: 4+ months (Contract) We're seeking a Creative Coordinator with a strong foundation in art and design principles to join our team on a 4+ month contract. Key Responsibilities: - Develop compelling advertising assets and internal creative projects that align with brand standards - Manage campaigns from concept through execution, providing regular updates to leadership - Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality - Coordinate photo and video shoots, including shot list creation, vendor communication, and budget estimates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Social Media, Media & Performance - Support brand education efforts across the organization - Interface with agency partners to support broader marketing initiatives - Oversee freelance creative projects, providing briefs and guidance as needed Requirements Top 3 Must-Haves: - 1-2 years of professional experience in creative coordination or advertising - A strong art/design portfolio showcasing campaign work and brand-aligned creative - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Preferred Experience: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience/training - Experience working cross-functionally and with stakeholders at all levels - Familiarity with After Effects and motion graphics Skills & Tools: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Experience with project management tools and coordinating creative production - Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace change Your creativity and coordination skills will help bring brand stories to life and ensure every campaign is executed with excellence.
