Solid State Marketing is a full-service PR, marketing, and events agency specializing in hospitality, nightlife, and lifestyle brands across Southern California, Las Vegas, and Boise. We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and driven Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining graphic design, social media management, influencer marketing, and video editing. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Creative • Design social media graphics, flyers, menus, and promotional assets • Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and ads • Maintain brand consistency across all client platforms • Assist with creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and events Social Media Management • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms • Write captions, hashtags, and community engagement responses • Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics • Coordinate content calendars across multiple clients Influencer & PR Support • Source, manage, and coordinate influencers and creators • Oversee comped meals, events, and brand activations • Track influencer deliverables and campaign ROI • Support PR initiatives and media outreach when needed Client & Campaign Support • Work directly with internal team and leadership on campaigns • Assist with launches, promotions, and experiential activations • Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met • Provide regular progress updates and reports QualificationsRequired • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, social media, or agency environment • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent) • Experience editing short-form video • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms • Excellent organization and time management • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities • Strong communication and professionalism Preferred • Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or lifestyle brands • Influencer marketing or PR background • Paid social or ad experience • Photography or content capture experience • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, scheduling tools, and analytics What We’re Looking For • Self-starter mentality • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven • Creative thinker with execution skills • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Passion for hospitality, events, and nightlife culture • Problem-solver who takes ownership of projects Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • Performance-based growth opportunities • Flexible hybrid schedule • Opportunity to work with major hospitality brands • Hands-on experience in agency leadership and strategy • Fast-track career growth in a growing agency •
