Key Responsibilities: • Lead creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs • Delvever expert advice and concepts for short-form video advertising • Collaborate with designers and editors to create diverse ad assets and monitor performance for iterative improvements Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance ad programs • A digital portfolio showcasing impactful performance ad work, including short-form video and motion graphics • Hands-on ability to storyboard, edit, and create ads using design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience using performance metrics to inform creative decisions and test concepts • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ad creation and a strong ability to present ideas to stakeholders
