Creative Director of Marketing and Advertising

Creative Director RKD Group, a direct response marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a Creative Director to achieve breakthrough results that make a positive impact in this world. The Creative Director is an influential creative leader of digital & direct mail work across the agency with primary focus on their specific client group. The position provides leadership within their client group and the opportunity to develop innovative digital and direct mail creative strategies with impact across the agency. The CD reports directly to the Executive Creative Director and is responsible for maintaining a creative practice for the Creative Group that is consistent with the creative development and management practices for RKD practices. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields PC or Mac proficient 10+ years' experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofits preferred 5+ years' experience working on accounts for national brands preferred (for-profit, non-profit, or both) Experience with best practices in offer development for direct response marketing Experience in concept development and campaign development Experience in creative development for digital media Proven success supervising staff Location: Remote.
