We are adding creative services to our offerings and looking for a designer to lead the charge!Key Responsibilities:Create brand guidelines and style guides.Develop visual identity & marketing materials (logos, letterhead, email signature, presentation templates, etc).Collaborate across departments internally and externally to develop creative assets and imagery for use in campaigns and promotional materials.Design high-quality paid media assets for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and programmatic display and more.Resize and adapt existing client assets for approvals and campaign use.Develop HTML5 display banners and, if applicable, video assets to support advertising campaigns.Create websites and landing pages that align with campaign goals and branding standards.Collaborate with web development teams to ensure seamless integration of creative assets.Qualifications:Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in branding, advertising, and digital media. 3+ yearsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with similar platforms.Strong understanding of paid media platforms and the ability to create assets optimized for Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic display a plus.Video editing skills are a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing agency with an exciting vision for the future.Play a critical role in building and shaping the agency’s creative services.Collaborate with a talented team of marketing and media professionals.Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects for both the agency and its clients.How to Apply: Submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re a great fit for this role to [email protected] look forward to seeing your creative vision and passion in action! #J-18808-Ljbffr
