Job Summary With 75% of our marketing focus on customer retention, this role is critical for creating engaging materials that strengthen existing customer relationships and encourage renewals. Customer Retention & Renewal Creative Content (70%) • Develop retention-focused marketing collateral including renewal campaign materials, customer success stories, loyalty program assets, and visual brand consistency across all customer touchpoints • Design and produce monthly customer retention newsletters featuring client spotlights, renewal incentives, product updates, and engagement content that strengthens ongoing relationships • Create targeted visual designs and basic video content for digital monitors, displays, social media, and customer communications featuring appreciation messages, renewal reminders, and success metrics • Design strategic social media posts and promotional videos that showcase customer success stories, celebrate renewals, highlight long-term partnerships, and build community among existing clients • Design email templates and video content for CRM retention campaigns including renewal sequences, win-back campaigns, customer milestone celebrations, and automated loyalty communications Customer Experience Events & Partner Appreciation (30%) • Lead customer experience and partner event strategy for appreciation programs including annual partner recognition events, customer renewal celebrations, and exclusive client experiences that strengthen loyalty • Design and produce customer and partner event assets including personalized invitations, appreciation gifts, milestone recognition materials, loyalty awards, promotional videos, and memorable retention-focused keepsakes • Coordinate customer experience and partner appreciation event logistics including exclusive client gatherings, partner celebration events, and VIP experiences for long-term customers and partners ranging from intimate 25-person events to large 200+ celebrations • Develop customer journey and partnership-themed event concepts that celebrate relationship milestones, renewal achievements, and long-term success stories while creating shareable video moments that reinforce loyalty • Manage retention and partnership event budgets and analysis including customer satisfaction measurement, partner engagement tracking, renewal rate impact assessment, and loyalty program effectiveness evaluation
