Creative Marketing Manager

Join a team that values our greatest resource, our employees. This is a full-time on-site role for a hand's on Creative Marketing Manager to work out of corporate HQ located in West Haven, CT. The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating Print and digital marketing material using ADOBE creative suite of softwares, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with sales teams, managing marketing campaigns, Develop, manage and track marketing budget, and analyzing market trends. Qualifications • Prior or current experience working for a manufactured product driven environment • Must have experience developing Brochures, Newsletters, Catalogues, Product Spec sheets for print and digital use • Marketing team budget management and expense tracking across all vendors/platforms/media • Marketing strategy development and campaign management skills • Experience in coordinating with sales teams and managing marketing materials • Expertise in Digital Marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO • Must have Strong SEO experience • Must have Website management experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Previous experience in a marketing management role is preferred • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Must be committed to working out of West Haven, HQ facility on a daily basis
