We're looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our advertising, social media, website, and partnership strategies. Local to Cape Coral or able to travel monthly What You'll Do • Drive overall marketing strategy across advertising, social media, and partnerships • Manage and improve our website (design, content, and functionality) to maximize guest conversion • Create and execute a comprehensive annual advertising plan, identifying the best placements and seasonal opportunities • Develop and manage email and social campaigns to engage guests and drive repeat stays • Identify and secure group booking opportunities with organizations, sports teams, event planners, and corporate clients • Build partnerships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and strengthen our brand • Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to align marketing with pricing and occupancy goalsWhat We're Looking For • Proven marketing management experience (hospitality or vacation rental industry a plus) • Strong background with CMS tools (WordPress), Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager • Basic HTML skills for hands-on website updates • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strategic mindset paired with strong execution ability This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution.
