Aroma360 is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our in-house creative team and lead the strategy and performance of our paid media creative. Campaign Briefing & Launch Strategy • Lead the development of creative briefs for new sales initiatives, product launches, relaunches, and promotional moments • Translate business goals, performance insights, and funnel strategy into clear creative direction, messaging frameworks, and priorities • Ensure briefs clearly define target audiences, key angles, deliverables, and testing considerations to support efficient execution Creative Strategy & Performance • Develop high-performing creative angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps for paid media campaigns. Paid Media Creative Support • Partner closely with paid media teams and agencies to align creative strategy with media goals • Support multi-seven-figure monthly ad spend through performance-driven creative direction • Identify winning creative concepts and scale them across platforms and formats Data, Reporting & Optimization • Own creative performance reporting across paid media, providing clear insights on what's working, what's not, and why, with recommendations tied directly to revenue impact • Analyze performance trends across creatives, formats, and funnels to inform testing roadmaps, creative pivots, and scaling decisions • Communicate concise, actionable performance recaps to internal stakeholders and external partners, translating data into clear next steps
