You’ll design assets for digital and in-store use, create photo and video content, support email and social media campaigns, and help build a cohesive, meaningful brand experience.This role is perfect for a creative person who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and wants their work to make a tangible difference.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Design: Create on-brand visuals for digital and print use, including graphics for social media, email, website, and in-store marketing.Content Creation: Capture and edit photo and video content that highlights our products, people, and mission.Email Marketing: Design and build branded campaigns in Mailchimp or Klaviyo, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.Social Media Support: Assist with planning and creating content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.Campaign Execution: Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and mission-focused initiatives with asset development and rollout.Brand Stewardship: Ensure brand alignment in voice, tone, and design across all touchpoints.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the marketing manager and other departments to gather stories and support creative needs.Tools You’ll UseAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere)CanvaGoogle Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail)Apple Products & ProgramsShopifyMailchimp or KlaviyoNotion or TrelloCapCut or other video editing toolsQualifications2+ years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaExperience in photography and basic video editingFamiliarity with email marketing platformsStrong writing and visual storytelling skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative #J-18808-Ljbffr
