Creative & Media Marketing Manager

Working within a high-performing, matrixed Growth function—and collaborating with everything from local PR and performance marketing teams to Global Brand and Merlin Magic Making—you will champion both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Play a key role in developing compelling, integrated marketing campaigns aligned with annual strategies. Partner with cluster peers to support the Senior Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing and operational leads. Embrace matrix working by building strong partnerships across Merlin and with external agencies to deliver cohesive, integrated customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience collaborating with different teams, and balancing priorities.
