Creative Producer

HHL Advertising is seeking a Creative Producer with a strong background in writing and producing retail television commercials. This role is responsible for developing creative concepts and producing high-impact television and video advertising campaigns for retail clients across the United States. The Creative Producer works closely with the Creative Director and production team throughout every stage of the commercial production process — from concept development and scriptwriting through production, post-production, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop creative concepts and write compelling scripts for retail television commercials and video campaigns • Produce and manage commercial productions from concept through final delivery • Collaborate with Creative Directors, editors, designers, and production staff to execute high-quality creative work • Work directly with clients to understand promotional strategies and translate them into effective advertising messaging • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment • Coordinate production logistics including casting, voiceover talent, editing, graphics, and final asset delivery • Ensure all creative assets are delivered on brand, on strategy, and on deadline • Adapt creative across multiple channels including TV, OTT/CTV, digital video, social media, and print Location: Hunt Valley, MD
