Creative Producer (Direct Response Video Ads)

We are a performance marketing company producing high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This position does NOT require video editing. Key Responsibilities • Write direct response ad scripts weekly (hooks, angles, CTAs) • Plan and execute 2–3 shoot days per week (typically 2–4 hours each) • Source and coordinate diverse on-camera talent/actors • Direct talent to deliver strong, high-energy performances • Film content using iPhone (fast, efficient production) • Batch-produce multiple ad variations per session • Organize and deliver raw footage to our editing team • Collaborate with the paid media team to iterate creatives based on performance results Requirements • Must be based in Houston, TX (required) • Must have a modern iPhone capable of filming high-quality video (required) • Experience producing video content for paid advertising • Strong direct response scriptwriting skills • Comfortable directing talent and managing shoot logistics • Ability to work quickly and consistently deliver high creative output • Highly organized, reliable, and deadline-driven Pay: $5,000.00 per month
