Creative Project Manager

:Fellow’s Marketing team is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our creative team and help us bring brand building creative campaigns to life. The role is responsible for organizing and managing all projects that come through our creative team including creative campaigns, and supporting our direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail, and amazon businesses. Proactive and hungry for details, you ensure our team has everything they need to bring Fellow’s personality to our customers. Responsibilitie • s:Manage and coordinate a variety of creative projects, from integrated marketing campaigns to product launches and retail store signage, in partnership with creative team leadership to resource projects balancing skill set and worklo • adCommunicate effectively with cross-functional partners to organize and build briefs, track approvals, and meet all deadline • s.Developing and maintaining project dashboard to communicate the status of all projects and communicating schedules with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with qualit • y.Assess and manage risks, foresee and resolve bottlenecks, proactively escalate potential issue • s.Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverabl • esThink critically about creative work and improve overall quality of output by providing a first line of defense in Creative reviews, keeping the team anchored to Creative brief • s.Organize and track all projects/briefs across Google Drive and Asan • a.Create and refine processes (i.e., workflows, reviews, prioritization) that improve quality, velocity, and scalability from briefing through creative development to laun • chBuild on the current processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency, improve processes and communication, and create best-in-class project management practice • s.Manage external creative staff and agencies to ensure all projects launch on time and within budge t.
