Creative Project Manager (contract)

(add)ventures is actively recruiting for a contract Creative Project Manager for a minimum of six months. In addition, the Creative Project Manager will be able to demonstrate past success managing the complexities of large corporate events from preparation to execution. Our contract Creative Project Manager will: • Provide project and event management for a large high-profile corporate event, including pre-event communication, briefing C-suite leadership, generating event materials, and providing on-site coordination • Serve as the key person for information related to all phases of the project life cycle • Create, manage and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing from end to end of the project • Deliver detailed status updates, project plans or project documentation to internal teams and external client partners; align and update any changes with the appropriate teams • Anticipate, identify, and address any blockers or issues that might impact duration or delivery of projects • Manage, direct and lead internal and external meetings; provide participants with timely follow up and any relevant materials • Ensure that clear, concise communication about the project is provided to external stakeholders and internal teams • Direct assistance with project estimating and project scoping Our team is NICE – we’re nurturers with intelligence, character and energy.
