What you’ll do: • Work with advertisers and KXLY Account Executives (AE) on commercial & video productions • Create content for a variety of platforms including broadcast, social media, OTT and multiple streaming sites • Shoot, edit, light and write quality and compelling content • Assist in station sales & promotional events • Schedule shoots, coordinate equipment, staff & outside talent as needed for projects • Assist with other projects (promotions, full length programs, news specials, etc.) • Advanced lighting and audio skills preferred • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Ability to deal with people in different departments and companies effectively • Professional appearance and great customer service skills What KXLY offers: • We’re a dynamic and progressive family-owned business that values our employees, our culture and our community • We are a team of talented and creative professionals.
