You’ll work closely with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to develop, test, and scale winning ads across Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid social channels.If you’re the kind of person who loves digging into performance, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear creative direction - this role is for you.🛠 What You’ll DoYou’ll own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid social platformsDevelop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale winnersWrite clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers—providing precise direction from hook to CTAReview ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles, patterns, and next-round opportunitiesPartner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reportingMaintain a high creative bar while ensuring consistent weekly outputKeep production moving fast without sacrificing clarity or quality✅ What We’re Looking ForYou’re a creative thinker who can also speak fluent performance.1–3 years of experience developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (ideally in eCommerce)Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc. ), along with a couple of notes on the results you drove.🗓 Final date to receive applications: December 24th, 2025#J-18808-Ljbffr
