Creative Strategist - Paid Ads

Calming Co is hiring an inventive and data driven Creative Strategist to join our team and help create high-performing ads for our Calming Tonic DTC Brand. As a creative strategist, you will work closely with our marketing and production teams to help ideate, build, and iterate on creatives to keep improving performance on our paid media campaigns. As the Creative Strategist, you will spearhead the development and execution of content strategies for our paid media team. In addition to ideation and scripting, you'll collaborate with our production team to create content and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Analyze paid ad data inside of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Northbeam to make decisions on new content and variations.
