We are looking for an experienced chimney tech that is looking for a company that pays them what they are worth *How we work* Each technician has 8 sweeps, inspections and estimates each day so there are plenty of opportunities to find repairs. There is no need to sell jobs on the spot, we use an app that you can upload pictures and notes with prices, the office will send a proposal along with pictures, pricing and contract to the customer. This is a great opportunity for the right skilled person who is motivated to join our team and grow with us. You get paid like you are half owner and don't have to worry about about advertising, scheduling, administrative work, proposals, contracts, ect What we need from you: -You must have a valid CSIA certification -You must have own truck/van, ladders, tools -At least 5 years experience with masonry repairs (pressure washing, carpentry and roofing experience is a plus) -We are very selective in hiring so please send us detailed experience and references -Must be presentable, polite, no drug or alcohol problems and no temper problems Work takes place within Northern Virginia, I have had several people ask if this is a scam.
