Customer Acquisition Manager (Demand Generation & Growth)
This position is ON-SITE at our offices in MILWAUKEE.
The Customer Acquisition Manager builds and maintains a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
This role applies the same tools, channels, and growth strategies we deliver to clients to drive inbound demand, generate opportunities, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
This role connects strategy, content, paid media, and lead generation into a measurable growth system.
What You’ll Own
Pipeline Creation & Lead Generation
Design and execute campaigns that generate inbound leads using:
• Paid media (social, search, display)
• Owned media (website, email, podcast, radio)
• Earned media (organic social, content distribution)
Build and optimize funnels that move prospects from awareness to inquiry.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Allocate budgets based on performance
• Launch, monitor, and improve campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams on execution
• Build multi-channel systems that work together
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track and improve:
• Cost per lead (CPL)
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
Use testing, targeting, and messaging optimization to improve performance over time.
Thought Leadership Development
Develop a podcast focused on marketing, advertising, and business growth.
Plan content around:
• Questions local business owners are actively asking
• Real business challenges in the market
Coordinate recording, publishing, and distribution to build awareness, trust, and inbound leads.
Content Planning & Market Relevance
• Identify high-interest business topics
• Support lead generation through useful, relevant content
• Collaborate with creative and content teams
Alignment with Sales & Leadership
• Work closely with sales teams on lead quality
• Adjust campaigns based on field feedback
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities
