Customer & Marketing Coordinator

Respond to customer inquiries via text, phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner Provide information about products/services, pricing, and process details Collect customer information (measurements, preferences, project details) and organize it for team use Assist in scheduling appointments, estimates, and follow-ups Manage and post content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) Help create basic marketing materials such as posts, captions, and promotions Follow up with leads and past customers to maintain strong relationships Support sales efforts by guiding potential clients through the inquiry process Maintain organized records of conversations, orders, and customer interactions Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Minimum age of 17 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Professional and friendly attitude when interacting with clients Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content posting Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, messaging, spreadsheets) Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus (but not required) Join us as a Customer & Marketing Coordinator if you're passionate about creating impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide!
