Customer Service / Operations Assistant (Conway, Franklin County, 7 miles from I-91) Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Answer & field calls on multi-line phone Process in-house sales and on-line sales orders Coordinate print and on line advertising; maintain files, artwork Engage in and contribute to company social media platform Trade Show coordinator (when trade shows resume) Monitor and reply to general email correspondence Maintain manual filing systems Other various office duties to include but not limited to: Learn shipping process for vacation back-up; Receive, sort and distribute mail and other office tasks as directed. Education, Skills, & Experience include · Min. 5 years-experience in an office setting with similar skill-set · Proven admin or assistant experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational and planning skills · Proficient in MS Office Suite · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Friendly, professional with strong work ethic · Flexibility & reliability, willing to pitch in during vacations · Some flexibility in M-F work schedule OESCO, Inc.
