Job Description: Support with data entry via accounting system, we will give training as needed. Organize billing and shipping of work orders to customers Be able to communicate with customers and maintain customers’ satisfaction. Help the company with Marketing and advertising as needed. Organize and maintain all communications, documentation, and reports in a shared drive folder Willingness to learn and grow in the company to do many tasks, as needed. Qualifications: Work experience required, but not necessary (Quick Books and Peachtree is a plus) Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word/Excel/Emails Able to work independently with little supervision in a team environment Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Effective oral and written communication skills Support other administrative personnel as needed This is an in-person FULL TIME position, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-5PM 3 months’ probationary period Holiday and PTO/vacation pay after probationary period 100% employer paid health insurance after one year of employment Hourly pay in Biweekly salary Interested candidates should submit cover letter and resume
