Ultimation is searching for a dynamic candidate to join our Inside Sales and Marketing Team located in Roseville, MI. The successful candidate will need previous customer service/and or sales experience (minimum 1 year), preferably in a manufacturing or industrial field. Great ability to multi-task and is well organized with a customer-orientated approach. About Ultimation Industries: Ultimation Industries is an award-winning manufacturer of conveyors and material handling equipment. Required Experience: \\- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service and/or sales experience \\- Experience working with an accounting and/or ERP database (preferred) \\- Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimal supervision \\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \\- Computer experience including working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) \\- Ability to multi- task in a busy sales office is essential \\- A pleasant phone voice and easy- going personality \\- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance \\- Prior experience in manufacturing industry is helpful but not required Highly Desired Additional Experience: \\- Office management or admin assistant experience \\- Experience working with websites, WordPress and WooCommerce \\- Creating online webpages and editing E-commerce product listings \\- Experience developing and managing Amazon listings \\- Image editing (crop, retouch, etc.)
