Distributor of fishing tackle and outdoor sporting goods seeks part time Customer Service / Marketing Associate to provide customer service support for our dealer clients and to reach out to our dealer clients to increase communication and awareness among our dealers about our products and services. Trouble shoot customer service issues that may arise with our clients using the dealer site. Handle customer service issues with empathy for the customer, clear communication skills, and efficiency. • Work with other team members to coordinate and resolve customer service issues. • Must be able to perform work accurately.
