The Customer Service Associate role includes working with multiple departments to master client knowledge, sales and customer service strategies, as well as outreach initiatives with members of the community, and of course, providing great customer service and confident solutions for local consumers. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: • Engage in direct communication with customers, identify sales opportunities and create tailored product presentations that best fit their needs • Proper execution of customer service and sales initiatives through direct communication with client leads and existing accounts • Becoming familiar with the telecommunications industry, client products and services to efficiently answer inquiries and requests • Collaborating with members of management, and other Customer Service Associates to share best practices, compliance regulations and create successful customer outreach campaigns • Generating new sales opportunities with the assistance of client technology and service knowledge • Maintaining friendly and professional communication through all levels of the sales process and representing the client positively • Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, business, or client relations role is a plus • Teamwork and open communication within the Customer Service Associate team and across all company departments • Interest in learning about our client's industries and implementing the knowledge during sales and customer service outreach • Strong communication and listening skills, to successfully identify sales opportunities and resolve customer inquiries.
