Position: Customer Service / Graphic Design / Marketing Oakridge Design+Print has been a staple in the South San Jose area for over 25 years. After a recent company rebrand and remodel of our retail storefront, we are quickly growing and are looking to hire the right candidate for a Production Designer/Customer Service Position. - Working closely with our client accounts to provide the highest level of customer service, satisfaction and followup. - Able to meet customer deadlines on a tight schedule - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong and practical knowledge of graphic design including typography, color theory, and design for print - Ability to work quickly, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail - Advertising/marketing experience a plus - Web design experience a plus - BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred with at least 2 years of customer service/retail experience - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud as well as the full suite of Microsoft office products, Dropbox and other productivity tools - A positive and outgoing working attitude
