We are seeking a customer service manager for our custom print division. \\- Collaborate with our team graphic designer and other customer service representatives to process orders and requests efficiently. \\- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed \\- Prepare reports on account status Skills: \\- Excellent communication and relationship skills \\- Ability to multitask \\- Ability to learn understand complex product and pricing practices \\- Strong attention to detail \\- Analytical; able to solve problems on the fly \\- Computer Savvy, ability to learn new software quickly \\- Experienced with \\- Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets \\- Google Drive and File Management Knowledge of art theory/file handling with graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is necessary. This is a work from home position with occasional in-person meetings in our Isla Vista office. Opportunity for a full time position may be available in the future, depending on the market’s movement.
