Our growing business is looking to hire qualified employees to fill several open positions to facilitate growing our business even further and to replace retiring personnel. Position 1 is a new position and would be focused on Customer Service and Marketing with tasks that would include: answering customer phone calls and emails with answers on product availability, product information, order status, assist customers with placing orders on our website, greeting occasional walk-in customers. Candidates hired for either/all positions will receive on the job training about our company’s products but should be familiar with skills and applications applicable to their position, such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, MivaMerchant/Ecommerce, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact, FedEx.com, USPS.com, etc. All candidates should have a willingness and ability to learn, be organized and detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to provide a positive customer service experience, and be energetic and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Will consider candidates interested in either part-time or full- time positions.
