Customer Service / Reception / Administrative Duties Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Answer & field calls on multi-line phone • Process in-house sales orders • Manage our advertising calendar and various print media outlets • Engage in and contribute to company social media platform, e.g. Facebook • Monitor and reply to general email correspondence • Maintain some filing • Other various office duties to include but not limited to: assist Accounting Manager with year-end tasks, and other tasks as directed. Education, Skills, & Experience preferred include: · Min. 5 years-experience in an office setting with similar skill-set · Proven admin or assistant experience with good memory retention · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong organizational and planning skills · Proficient in MS Office Suite · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills · Friendly, professional with strong work ethic · Flexibility & reliability, willing to pitch in during vacations · Some flexibility in M-F work schedule OESCO, Inc. Our business is located in a mill on the edge of the South River in Conway, MA. We aren’t fancy, but we share a desire to do a good job well and make sure our customers have what they need.
