Willing to train the right candidate. -Receive incoming telephone calls and make outgoing telephone calls to clients -Consistently providing clients with exceptional customer service -Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with clients -Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication -Keep records of client interactions -Filing of documents -Maintain firm files -Assist in firm’s Facebook, YouTube and advertising campaigns -Creative problem solving within a team environment -Flexibility and willingness to change as firm needs change -Take the extra mile to engage clients -High school diploma, GED, or equivalent -Successful work experience in a customer focused environment -Proficient computer application skills (Word, Excel, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, ect.)
