Customer Service Representative

Scimetrics Limited Corp. in Wellington CO is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support primarily our Sales and Marketing Department. This position is full time with benefits. JOB DUTIES Providing excellent customer service for both internal and external customers • Assists with sales functions, including answering product questions, directing customer inquiries to appropriate staff, processing order documentation • Researches, coordinates and assists with tradeshows • Prepares and coordinates sales literature, advertising and sales presentations • Assists with customer surveys • Researches industry specific marketing and advertising opportunities • Maintains, monitors and updates company’s website and social media sites • Updates and maintains information in systems and files • Supports other departments & company wide initiatives • Assists with other duties as deemed necessary by Management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Ability to multi- task, organize and problem solve • Customer service driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Outgoing personality and positive attitude • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Programs • Be a team player: on occasion, assist with other duties outside your job role WE OFFER Pay commensurate with experience Excellent benefits: Health Insurance for medical, dental and vision.
