Overview

Marketing Creators, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our customers and coordinating the day-to-day movement of orders from receipt through final delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, freight carriers, and internal departments. This position requires strong follow-through and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

Monitor customer orders from receipt through final delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, availability, shipping schedules, and delivery information.
Work closely with freight carriers to ensure orders are picked up and delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize customer-specific online portals to schedule delivery appointments and coordinate shipment requirements.
Track shipments and proactively address delays, missed appointments, damages, or other transportation issues.
Work directly with carriers to resolve shipment and delivery issues while keeping customers and appropriate internal departments informed.
Obtain and maintain proof of delivery (POD)/delivery receipts for every completed order.
Complete required paperwork and coordinate with carriers and customers to reroute or redirect shipments when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer, order, shipping, and delivery records and organized supporting documentation.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Accounting, and other departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
Respond to customer questions and resolve service issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Follow up on outstanding orders, shipments, and unresolved issues through completion.
Assist with additional customer service, order processing, and logistics responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, order processing, logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply-chain experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively when shipment or delivery issues arise.
Comfortable communicating with customers, freight carriers, and multiple internal departments.
Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently follow through until issues are resolved.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
