Support administrative staff by assisting with customer service, pass sales, trip planning, answering customer inquiries, preparing pass sales reports and other assigned tasks. Community Outreach Duties • Engage in community outreach functions representing Mountain Line which will require public speaking with poise and diplomacy in order to interact with the public in a professional manner. Social Media Duties • Prepare Mountain Line social media content, perform regular monitoring of social media platforms and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner. • Coordinate with other Mountain Line staff to gather information and provide responses to social media inquiries as needed. Mountain Line does require an online application.
