Customer Success Coordinator

With a dedicated and nimble team, Respario provides hardware, software, project management, deployment, content strategy and creation, network operations, maintenance, support and overall planning for digital signage networks. We are currently seeking a multifaceted individual to help us in our stellar digital signage solutions unit as a Customer Success Coordinator. You need to be responsible, driven and agile, with a strong gut instinct and the confidence to manage all client needs. -Communicating clearly and frequently with key contacts to understand their needs, solve problems, and help drive success of their digital marketing program -Collaborating with Managers and other team members to manage client roster, project implementation and any customer needs -Maintaining and facilitating the flow of information between Sales, Clients, Project Managers, Technical and Creative Leads Overseeing all facets of digital screen set-up on company sites (i.e. installation details, equipment issues, inventory management) -Conferring with internal team members, and hardware and software support specialist as necessary to ensure technology is operating at peak performance -Supervising the service line and working on a daily basis with customers directly to answer questions, educate on program features, and solve front-line operational issues or complaints -A customer focused, people-person with a relentlessly positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges -Someone with a hunger to learn and grow, and a deep passion for making others successful -A go-getter with a strong desire to see our accounts thrive, driving revenue for the company -Has exceptional engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted relationships -Thoroughly enjoys solving problems, but not afraid to ask for help when warranted -Has strong interdepartmental communication, project management, and organization skills -Someone who has a great sense of humor with a well-rounded personality
