Customer Support Manager - Card Kingdom

Responsibilities and Duties · Managing and coaching a team · Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team · Organizes, prioritizes, and schedules work assignments to meet business needs · Can adapt well and lead the team in an environment through changes in circumstances, direction, and strategy · Performing deep dive analysis on selected customer contacts to gather lessons learned, then use that information to update internal references materials and processes · Serve as a customer advocate, including: collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends and articulating those back to the business. Qualifications/Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and/or other relevant field of study or equivalent · 3+ years of experience managing a customer facing team · 4+ years of experience in a customer facing role · Strong understanding of online marketing ecosystems, including social, search, and display advertising · Proven track record managing and optimizing digital marketing performance · Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Self-motivated and collaborative team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption · Coachable and curious with a growth mindset · A true problem solver who is customer-obsessed · Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships Equal Opportunity Employment: We are committed to cultivating a workplace in which diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected.
