Dancing Goats® Coffee eCommerce Manager

Dancing Goats® Coffee eCommerce Manager position is responsible for the oversight and management of Dancing Goats® Coffee online presence including the company’s main website, online commerce channels, blogs and all related online media. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Manage online sales division/profit center; including financial reporting, merchandising and customer service • Regulary gauge the customer experience and make adjustments to give customers a seamless transaction from their landing page to sales conversion • Monitor and track KPI’s and trends and update them to applicable departments on the DGC team • Work with the Marketing team to generate and implement strategic advertising and marketing business plans to achieve monthly sales objectives for department including: subscriptions, loyalty, and larger company marketing campaigns • Develop a plan for maintaining an SEO and content strategy roadmap including: content creation for merchandising, keyword research and rankings, and keeping the site up to date with applicable SEO information • Develop, test and maintain online systems that improve efficiency and build the eCommerce Department • Collaborate with internal partners to develop creative and technical solutions. • Firm understanding of online culture and best practices.
