The Community Manager will report to the Digital team, led by the Chief Digital Officer with a secondary report to the Director of Paid Media & Strategy. Continuously identify new ways to increase total followers at scale, drive engagement and funnel traffic from social channels to other owned properties. * As needed, support paid social campaigns meant to drive growth in engagement, traffic or followers, including ideation, tracking and optimization. * Proactively identify and connect with potential content creators and influencers on an ongoing basis to support the development of assets for multi-channel campaigns and improve brand awareness. Fluency in social communication is a must.
