The Advertising Experimentation group enables simple, safe and reliable experimentation and A/B testing at massive scale to help Amazon optimize it's programmatic ad serving systems, provide better customer experience and yield superior performance for our advertisers. A/B testing is in Amazon's DNA and we're at the core of how Amazon's advertising business innovates. We are seeking a skilled and... experienced Applied Scientist to help us build the future of advertising experimentation systems that enable A/B testing of various algorithms performing Supply Optimization, Targeting, Ranking, Pacing and Response Prediction. In this role you will be building metrics infrastructure to reliably measure A/B test outcomes and set up guard rails that enable A/B testing while maintaining performance using tools and techniques of inferential statistics. You will be working with science and engineering teams across Amazon Advertising businesses to identify opportunities to accelerate A/B testing, implement best practices and set up the gold standard for experimentation in advertising.
